PAYMENTS

Once a trip has been booked you can make payment by the following ways:
 
Cash - Directly to our office BACs - Bank transfer 
Card - This can be done face2face, 
via a payment link or 
over the phone. 

Once payment has been received in full only then will your tickets be issued.

TOILETS

Most of the time there will be a toilet on board, however there maybe times where the coach may not have toilet facilities, in this case toilet breaks will be implemented during long journeys.

No other animals are to be transported.

BOOKING CONDITIONS - DAY TRIPS

TICKETS - Every passenger must have an authorised ticket or booking confirmation which must be paid in full unless stated. If a trip has a deposit, then balance due date no booking will be confirmed until all payments are made in full. Deposits/ payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable in this case. Tickets are only valid for the date and time stated thereon. Tickets must be checked by the customer at time of purchasing. The company cannot accept any responsibility for any errors discovered. 

CONDUCT OF PASSENGERS - The driver is responsible for the safety of the vehicle at all times and as such has the right to remove any passenger(s) whose behaviour breaches the safety of themselves or any other passenger or the Public Service Vehicles (Conduct of Drivers, Inspectors, Conductors and Passengers) Regulations 1990 ('Conduct Regulations') set out the duties and expected behaviour of bus drivers, conductors, inspectors and passengers on bus and coach services operated around Great Britain. If any passenger causes any damage to the vehicle, they will be responsible for the costs associated.  The company reserves the right at their discretion to refuse entry to any potential passenger for any reason whatsoever.

MOBILE PHONES - If you need to use a mobile phone whilst traveling, please keep your calls as brief and quiet as possible in order not to distract the driver and minimise disturbance to other customers. 

CHILDREN UNACCOMPANIED - NO unaccompanied children under 16 are permitted to travel without a responsible adult unless written prior consent is given. 

MOBILITY AIDS  - We are happy to transport a limited number of mobility aids, although these must be booked in advance at time of purchasing tickets. We cannot be responsible for any damage to them, and they cannot be secured in the luggage compartment. Wheelchair and scooter users must be accompanied by someone who is able to take charge of their chair or scooter and where appropriate dismantle/reassemble it. That person must also be able disconnect any batteries and load them into the storage area. No individual piece of equipment should weigh more than 15KG. 

Our drivers are happy to assist where possible, but they cannot provide help that extends to lifting or carrying of any passenger or their chair/scooter, nor at as careers for any customer. 

LATE ARRIVALS - Unfortunately, it is not possible to wait for any late customers at any departure points or at venues/ return points for return. The company shall not be liable for and expenses incurred by anyone failing to catch the coach and making alternative transport arrangements. Refunds will also not be made under such circumstances. 

CANCELLATION CHARGES  - By the Customer; The company is under no obligation to make any refund, however if the customer wishes to cancel 5 working days before the excursion in writing the company can review and issue a refund on those monies except those that are irrecoverable by the company.  By the Company; The company reserves the right to withdraw any excursion due to lack of support or circumstances beyond our control. Any such cancellation would usually be made no later than a week prior departure. It is always our intention to operate an excursion in accordance with our published itinerary, but we do reserve the right to cancel or amend any excursion, should the need arise. We cannot accept any liability for the changes that are made necessary by events or actions by persons beyond our control.

THEATRE / CONCERT TICKETS - All theatre and concert tickets sold by the company are transacted in good faith, once sold is it not possible to give refunds or transfers on any of these tickets. 

PROPERTY  -Any personal effects left on board the vehicle is entirely at the owner’s risk. All lost property items are deposited at the Company Office to which all enquiries should be addressed.
